Paid vacation, Paid sick daysAs a Field Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the managing daily field operations focusing on customer service, employee relations, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with the operations drivers, keeping the lines of communication open.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or customer service position
- Experience using routing and GPS software to guide drivers in case of detours and ensure the safety of bus drivers and passengers
- Motor coach industry experience and having a CDL are preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evening shifts.
- Bilingual candidates preferred but not mandatory
