We are in a growth frenzy and hiring immediately! If you are seeking a career with a GREAT company and are driven to succeed, all you need is two-years’ sales experience. You will be on a fast track to lead a sales team within 60-90 days. You’ll be trained and coached by nationally recognized experts. Recruiting or managing experience is a plus but not required.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING \u007C THE ROLE

  • Split your time between the office and the field.
  • Spearheading a sophisticated lead generation team.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, guiding, and leading the team’s performance.
  • Work with the Area Director to create monthly and yearly goals based on key performance metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING \u007C THE PERSON

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Two years (minimum) of outside sales experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
  • A sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely.
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems.
