Field Support Engineer II
We are currently seeking a Field Support Engineer II to provide onsite support to some of our key clients. We are looking for someone with an IT consulting background or history of field support experience. This role requires high energy, a strong in-person presence and the ability to provide daily support to executive level personnel working within the non-profit, financial, marketing and technology industries. This position will require a valid driver’s license for the field support engineer to commute between clients.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory technologies (DNS, FSMO, DHCP).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft solutions M365: OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, Team Office | Word, Excel, PowerPoint Admin Center
- Intermediate knowledge of Intune/Endpoint Manager: Join devices into Azure AD, Create, modify, maintain configuration profiles, Conditional Access, Manage applications, Autopilot
- Intermediate knowledge of Azure AD: Manage Users and Groups, Password resets, Authentication methods
- Intermediate understanding of virtualized technologies. Solid understanding of SAN technologies
- Basic knowledge of Firewall/Router/Switch/WAP (Configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting)
- Basic ability to troubleshoot in a Linux/Unix environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Currently have one of the following MCSA, VCP, CCENT, ITIL or will obtain within 6 months of employment
- 5+ years technical experience
- 5+ years position specific experience
- 3+ mentorship
- Experience with project, client and customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient written, verbal and presentational communication
- Excellent customer service
- Experience with analytical problem solving
- Entrepreneur and forward thinking

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
