Job description
The Field Support Specialist will help manage processes to enable Key Accounts, Insights and Distribution to be more effective through developing tools, aligned to brand standards, that enable the national strategies across the US. All in our efforts to lead the Energy Drink category, grow the business and win versus our competition.
The Specialist will support the management of execution plans developed by the Sr. Managers for product commercialization, distribution Initiatives, and retail channel strategies. The Specialist will work on improving or maintaining the processes and tools required for future growth, with the goal of simplifying operations and engaging and training the sales teams on critical trade initiatives across all Off Premise accounts serviced by RBNA's national distribution network. The Field Support Specialist will work cross functionally to deliver optimal digital solutions that can be scaled and deployed nationally. They'll also work with the team to develop selling resources and materials that support sales and business plan initiatives.

DEVELOPS SALES ENABLEMENT SUITE FOR FIELD SALES TOOLS (GLOBAL & LOCAL)
Develop and enhance selling tools that enable Key Accounts, Insights and Distribution to be more effective (e.g., develops suite of online selling calculators to win the store level sell)
Works with Sr. Managers of Field Support and sales and distribution teams to identify gaps and collect requirements to develop national sales enablement tools and resources
Build clear process flow and ways of working between the broader sales team and the field support team to maximize efficiency and deliver innovation solutions to the field
BRAND STANDARDS AND DESIGN GUIDELINES
Ensures all RBNA distribution tools, deliverables, and applications are within Brand Standards and Guidelines
Works on the digital asset library for Sales and Distribution
Works with the brand team to ensure there are correct processes to publish digital assets that meet brand standards
Works with the brand team to improve processes in the field to meet perfect store and look like #1 brand standards at Retail
EXECUTION PLANNING
Works with the Field Support team to ensure the execution goals and plans are seamlessly deployed to the distribution network leveraging RBNA's cross-functional department expertise
Helps determine If the execution plan needs to be Integrated with existing enterprise processes or simply create a library of best-in-class project management for re-use when the Initiative requires to be Implemented In future occasions
PERFECT STORE INITIATIVE
Refresh annually the guidelines and documentation around Perfect Store standards in partnership with channel sales leads and global stakeholders
Maintain quarterly audit parameters and monthly spot checks to ensure high quality data is delivered to the sales organization
Manage perfect store audit disputes submitted by distributors monthly
NATIONAL SALES CONTENT
Work on creation of DP sales boards and other sales engagement physical materials
Monitor and filter key account communications and scale the library of content generated by national and regional key account sales teams
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 2-5 years of experience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferred
- Management consulting experience is a plus
- Track record of management and stakeholder influence of client groups through support with effective tools & communication
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, with an emphasis on presentation and training
- Strong project management experience and proven success in delivering projects on time and on budget
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of in store execution, merchandising and POS in a direct store delivery distribution model preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
- English, additional languages an advantage
