Now under new ownership Los Angeles Harley-Davidson is ramping up to be the number one dealer in Southern California.
The Finance & Insurance Manager will be required to be proficient in the following
- Acting as a Finance and Insurance Associate to secure financing for customers
- Inform customers of financial and insurance related products through a menu
- Finalizing deal packets, funding and monthly product remittance
- Maintain a high F&I product selling average
- Acting as a Fit Specialist to actively sell motorcycles and follow up with customers
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Results and Process driven
- Outgoing, energetic, helpful and positive personality
- Be able to follow a structured sales process on value based selling
- Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving
- Motivated by commission and eager to improve
- Time management skills to be consistently productive
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Compensation:
