Job Description


Overview:

We’re searching for a Finance Manager for our Financial Planning & Analysis team who can monitor, track and maintain multiple P&L’s. Work with Revenue and Personnel Cost teams to manage overall Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and PBOI. Attention to detail is required to help spot data anomalies, trends and/or deviations. You’ll be involved with process improvement projects and ad hoc reporting for business needs.

Role Objectives:

  • Concentration on P&L, Client Cost and Other G&A expense reporting
  • Prepare and maintain Quarterly Budgets for 4 P&L’s
  • Prepare monthly Variance Analysis (comparing budget vs actual) as part of monthly close
  • Assist in preparation of management reporting
  • Prepare Ad-Hoc Reports (Tax package, Audit Request and CBCR)
  • Review & assist staff in preparing monthly journal entries
  • Review creation of Purchase Orders for P&L agency expense processing
  • Review and address issues in Inter-Company Mismatch Reports
  • Manage staff accountant
  • Special projects as required

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance Required
  • Minimum of 12 credit hours in accounting classes
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • SAP and Hyperion experience a plus
