Job description

The Holman Riverfront Park Hotel, Salem’s newest full-service property, is looking for a finance manager! This person will be responsible for the management and oversight of accounting, payroll, and purchasing for the hotel and restaurant. The Finance Manager’s main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

• Accounts Payable and Receivable – Including on property invoice payments.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure proper cost control in conjunction with working budget and expense forecast.
• Assisting the GM with weekly/monthly expense forecast.
• Assisting the GM with annual expense budgets.
• Tax reconciliation and submittal for the City of Salem and State of Oregon.
• Monthly P&L review and reconciliation.
• Some HR tasks will also be required.

Requirements:

• Hotel experience preferred
• Hilton experience preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• Must have strong computer and accounting skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
