Finance Support Position for Siemens Energy Staffing Inc.

OVERVIEW

The Finance Support Position is responsible for assisting the Business Controlling team in maintaining accurate, complete, and timely accounting records in compliance with the company’s financial reporting guidelines and applicable accounting standards. This includes assisting with weekly payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, period-end closing procedures, reconciling account balances and transactions, and various administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum High School Diploma (Accounting subject compulsory); Certificate or Associate Degree in Accounting, enrolled in ACG Program or experience equivalent.
• Minimum one year bookkeeping experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) or similar software preferred.
• Produces accurate and reliable work within tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and well organized.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in weekly Payroll process.
• Assist in weekly A/R Billing process.
• Process vendor A/P invoices for payment
• Research vendor payments by invoice number breakdown for vendors
• Research unpaid or shorted invoices

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
