Requirements for the Financial Advisor Associate:

High School Diploma/Certificate required, college degree is a plus.

Related experience as an office manager is preferred.

Responsibilities for the Financial Adivsor Associate:

Setting appointments with existing clients and fielding incoming calls as needed.

Meeting preparation and follow up of transactions/client needs. Creating and sending account paperwork when requested.

Filing paperwork and keeping pending business organized.

Forming client relationships while practicing consistent customer service.

Planning and managing client events.

Assisting the practice (2-3 Financial Advisors, and one retiring Financial Advisor)

Client confidentiality and compliance are a high priority of the team and additional team members are held to the same standard.

There are no sales or production requirements, this is a support role.

There is a full background and credit check required.

Availability & Benefits:

30-35 hours a week, Monday – Friday, start and end times are flexible and based on your availability.

No holidays. No weekends with the exception of a client event when possible.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
