Financial Advisor Associate Development Program

This role is designed to be a pathway to become either a financial advisor or a key leader in operations with the practice over a 3 to 5-year timeframe.
Assist Forbes-recognized wealth advisor and team practice in managing and organizing office workflow with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice.
Position Functions:
50% Pre and Post Meeting Service:
- Reviews and prepares for upcoming client meetings
- Suggests financial planning recommendations to advisor
- Sits in meetings with advisor to create notes and update financial planning software
- Presents financial plan and investment ideas to clients with advisor guidance
- Sends agenda and summary of meetings to clients and implements the proposals through forms or transactions.
- Ability to handle account maintenance, updates, and changes.
- Communicates with clients pre and post meeting as necessary and directly works on business processing including rollovers, transfers, applications, and exchanges.
30% Financial Planning Service:
- Enters new client data and creates initial financial plans
- Track client’s progress and analyzes client goals
- Suggests initial recommendations for financial plan, reviews them with advisor
- Reviews Summary, Net Worth and Overall Deliverable for accuracy and completeness
- Creates final deliverable for submission to client and home office, approved by FA
- Completes the planning process with submission to compliance and client
20% Investment and Product Research:
- Reviews and maintains investment research including product information
- Reviews and updates managed account models monthly (approved by advisor)

Education and Other Designations
- College degree or higher
- Already have federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66
- 2+ years of similar experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
