Innotec, a high-growth, unique and fully automated West Michigan manufacturer of products for the automotive, office furniture, commercial vehicle and consumer goods industries is selectively seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst with 1+ years experience. In addition to these qualities we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Work with many different aspects of the finance process, i.e. cost accounting, general ledger, GAAP, internal controls, etc…
• Responsible for divisional forecasting, profitability and month end close.
• Work on the manufacturing floor to better understand operating processes, help determine and correct issues, improve processes, and create or maintain successful programs

Requirements:

• Experience with process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
• Possess strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision making skills
• Proven results towards continuous improvement.
• Must be an independent self starter and capable of working with minimum supervision
• Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and create change in a team setting
• 1+ years of accounting / business experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA is a plus, but not a requirement
