Land O'Lakes Supply Chain FP&A team is looking for an Intermediate Financial Analyst to join our team.
This (Hybrid) role can be located at our Arden Hills, MN Headquarters or at one of our Dairy manufacturing plant locations.
- Carlisle, PA; Hicksville, NY; Hillsboro, WI; Kent, OH; Kiel, WI' Melrose, MN; Pine Island, MN; Spencer, WI; Tulare, CA; Turlock, CA; or Websterville, VT
Salary: 66K to 98K (depending on experience)
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
Support the Butter/Powder plants on network wide goals and consolidation.
Directly support the Hillsboro plant as their go to finance partner including but not limited to:
- Tracking and analysis of raw material and finished good shrink to provide leadership insights including analysis of fluid dairy purchases and sales.
- Support the preparation of strategic plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Review, document, and analyze monthly deltas to plan.
- Assist with and prepare required documents related to Capital Projects and Fixed Assets.
- Month-End responsibilities.
- Tracking and settling of fluid purchases and sales.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline along with 2-4 years related work experience
- Understanding of the interconnectivity between the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
- Previous experience partnering with non-finance leadership
- Prior experience with Hyperion Essbase Planning, OBI, Power BI, JDE applications, Microsoft Office or other similar systems
