Responsible for assisting with day to day oversight of AR and operations activities including staff and work processes under the direction of the department manager.
- Collaborates with manager on staff performance evaluation.
- Ensures and coaches team members to meet established productivity and quality goals. Initiate corrective action as necessary.
- Analyzes, trends and prepares reports related to departmental activities.
- Educate and train current and new hires include rounding to facilitate communication and updates in work processes.
- Demonstrates ability to handle complex issues with guidance provided to staff as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field
- Technical Experience: 3 years of fiscal and insurance experience in healthcare related field
- Leadership Experience: 2 year
- Computer proficiency
- Typing minimum 40 wpm
