Job Description:
- The Financial Systems Analyst will support the JD Edwards application upgrade and all applicable system and application touchpoints and integrations.
- The Analyst will support all activities related to testing scripts and planning and work directly with all business groups to gather requirements for end-user enhancements and changes.
Responsibilities:
- Document current processes and controls, new system requirements, and the creation of applicable testing scenarios for enhancements and system updates.
- Support global, ongoing user training to ensure all functional users understand the application capabilities delivered and how they are expected to perform their roles across all active environments (Dev. Test and Prod.).
- Assist in integrations and perform validations and ensure data flows downstream as required
- Maintain data integrity of data being extracted and uploaded into Hyperion Planning
- Develop various reports (Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View) and web forms as needed by the Financial and Planning Analysis (FPA) team
- Perform monthly and daily maintenance of Planning applications, including the execution and monitoring of extract and load processes
- Maintain key processes used to support the consolidation and financial reporting for the business
- Work with key stakeholders and departments to support the activities of the department and project so objectives are accomplished
- Update policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the systems, department and Company
- Interpret and analyze business requirements submitted on change requests for processing and ensure proper requirements have been detailed for the change and that business review and approval is captured
- Assist in developing project plans for capturing and converting financial information
- Maintain financial information within various applications
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and training for end user’s Desired Attributes:

- Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with core strategic goals
