Nature and Scope
Responsible for delivering FINRA/NASAA content to students for a class review. Instructors need to deliver classroom content in a meaningful way to foster student understanding of complex topics. Content includes our books, student handout materials, question databases, and ability to work within the LMS to provide feedback to students. Teach education classes for FINRA/NASAA exams, using our virtual classrooms. This is a remote opportunity.
Role and Responsibilities
Education and Exam Review Content
- Thorough understanding of PassPerfect content, which includes our books, student handout materials, online learning program, question database, and classroom PowerPoints.
- Assist with updates and content development for slides and other materials used throughout the education process as needed.
- Remain current on FINRA/NASSA regulation and tax law changes/updates.
- Facilitate assigned courses
Classroom
- Teach FINRA/NASAA exam courses using our virtual classrooms
- Answer student questions and coordinate with other faculty to support student questions
- Foster student learning and participation in class
- Be prepared to present material each class
- Answer student questions during class
- Deliver classes in a virtual classroom
Miscellaneous
- Provide your availability to the Faculty Director on an ongoing basis
- Answering student phone calls on the instructor line during business hours
- Answer student questions through the support queue
- Complete other related duties as assigned
