Acara Solutions is looking for a Site Installation Technician for our client located in Fremont, CA

Pay rate: $ 27.00 per hour (Max Pay rate). (1st shift)

• Provide inspection, testing, and service for fire alarm equipment to comply with NFPA72 standards as well as state and local codes.
• Complete required documentation including deficiency repair recommendations.
• Technician will be responsible for own transportation to and from job sites
• Follow and maintain highly structured inspection schedules.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed.
• Generate reports within Siemens tools and upload to city municipality websites.
• Complete service ticket documentation before leaving the customer site.
• Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Complete needed training and certifications within the time requirements for this role.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• At least a High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years' experience performing Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) of Fire Alarm or Fire Life Safety Systems

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Associate degree
• Ability to read and understand design and construction documents
• Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Have good customer-facing and customer service skills

Salary: Up to $27.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
