Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northern Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group.

Position Purpose:

The CFS (Children and Family Services) Fiscal/Contract Liaison reports to the V.P. Finance but is primarily accountable to the CFS Vice President for management of the fiscal operations of the Children and Family Services programs. The incumbent prepares budgets, assures availability of financial reports as requested, establishes internal financial control systems, prepares and monitors performance of all sub-contracts with Children and Family Services program vendors. The incumbent is also a member of a team of staff responsible for development of residential alternatives for mentally ill clients of Southlake and Tri-City

Requirements:

- BA in Accounting or Finance.

- At least 5 years of experience in a position with supervisory experience and oversight of budgets. Must have experience with federal grant management, knowledge of OMB Circular A-110 (grant administration rules for colleges, universities, and other non- profit organizations). Incumbent must have knowledge of Federal Cost Principles (Office of Management and Budget Cost Principles (OMB) Circular A-133). Incumbent must have excellent communication and writing skills. Language: Incumbent must have ability to read, analyze and interpret technical/medical/legal information. Incumbent must have ability to respond to routine inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Incumbent must have ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,321.60 - $79,087.87 per year
