Our client in Donora is looking for a Pipefitter.
$23-$25.00 PER HOUR

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand for periods of time, sit for periods of time, kneel for periods of time, crouch or crawl, balance, stoop, use arms, fingers and hands, talk, listen. Be able to climb ladders. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 75 pounds.

Pipefitter Pay Rate / Benefits
- $23- $25.00 / HR. (Based on experience)
- 1st shift (6: 00am - 4: 00pm)
- 4 10hr shifts but moving to 5 10hr shifts (lots of OT)
- Medical
- Eye
- Dental
Pipefitter Experience
- High School education or equivalent
- Welding Trade school Graduate
- Experience reading blueprints and drawings
- Experience reading measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Basic math skills.
- Welding Certificates
Pipefitter Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the blueprints of various mechanical systems
- Constructing and joining structural components
- Examining and measuring components to ensure that they are of the correct size and quality
- Using welding equipment and hand tools like ball-peen hammer, hack saw, and steel ruler while constructing structural components
- Performing regular maintenance checks
- Identifying system malfunctions and rectifying the same
- Placing replacement orders for defective or broken parts

- Welding gloves
- Burning gloves

- Flame retardant clothing
- Fall protection, respirator
- Work gloves
- Hearing protection
