Compensation ($$$):
o Pay Rate (based on experience) - $20 - $40/hr.
o BONUS AT FIRST REVIEW: FOREMAN $2,000 & JOURNEYMEN $1,000!

o Schedule Flexibility – we typically like to do 4 – 10 hr. days with Fridays off or you can get OT on a Friday/Saturday.

Job Description – Foreman will be leading crews of 3-6 people to perform commercial reroofs and new construction by maintaining safety, quality, and production. You will have a support team of project managers, supervisors, and drivers to assist in your goals by providing all you need to be successful. Journeyman will continue to learn the roofing trade and build on their existing skills. Training and career advancement to Foreman or running smaller crews will be available in the future.
Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and products especially TPO, EPDM, PVC, parapet cap, taper.
- Working knowledge of flat materials and application methods for installing: corners, pipes, roof-to-wall, etc.
- Ability to install independently and make decisions about what should happen next. Must be a motivated self-starter.
- Have knowledge of how to install and pipe boots, ridge/hip caps, rake, eave lock and ice & water shield
- Have knowledge of how to mechanically fasten, fully adhere, and heat weld membrane
- Posses general knowledge of construction materials and tools involved in the assembly, installation, or repair of roofing structures.
- Foremen must be knowledgeable with all flat roof materials, installation methods, and should be capable of leading, teaching, and coaching a crew.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull more than 10 lbs and be on feet up to 10 hours a day.
- Must be able to work at heights and climb ladders.
