Starting Pay - $19.42, per hour + uncapped sales commission potential, based on performance
- Average commission potential of $448/month & Top commission potential of $750/month, based on performance
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
- 1+ years of customer service/sales experience
- 6+ months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, within Hours of Operation (7am-9pm, 7 days/week); Employees must be willing to travel a radius of up to 100 miles from store to store.
- Travel for this position should be expected up to 100% of the time.
- Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience
- A completed background check (criminal and drug test)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems

As a Floating In-Store Repair Expert, here’s what you can expect to do:
- Travel to locations within the district as advised by the District Manager and maintain schedule flexibility
- Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices
- Responsible for monitoring virtual messaging platforms, 1-3 days per week – upselling Asurion home+ products
- Complete initial 4-week training, including Apple & Samsung Certifications
- Enhance customer experiences within the store
- Manage inventory
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs/processes and provide feedback
- Responsible for sharing best practices between stores to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of service and repairs
- Sharing feedback with leadership regarding process opportunities within the store
- Travel daily to and from our clients’ locations throughout a designated market
- Drive own vehicle safely and responsibly to and from locations in a variety of situations including heavy traffic and inclement weather - Drive time and mileage will be compensated
