White Oak of Charlotte is a 180-bed skilled nursing center dedicated to the compassionate care of our residents who are family to us. We provide long term nursing care as well as short term rehabilitation. Our facility and growing services offer opportunities to enhance your career.
We are currently seeking a full-time Floor Tech who will embody the passion and commitment required to deliver the ultimate care for our residents.
We are looking for experienced Floor Techs to join our team for the following shifts:
Full-Time, First Shift
Full-Time, Split Shift (6 Days 1st Shift, 4 Days 2nd Shift)
The successful candidate will have:
At least 2 years of experience in the cleaning and maintaining floors
The capability of wet dusting, mopping and polishing
The ability to use special floor equipment
Experience in a hospital or nursing home is an advantage
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Flexibility to work varied hours depending upon the Department needs
Keeping assigned areas clean, sanitary and aseptic
Keeping flooring equipment clean and in good operational order
