Odyssey is recruiting for a
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cross Domain Solution (CDS) Senior Analyst to the join the team on a new award. This is a full-time role in Huntsville, AL. In this position your efforts include engaging in CDS acquisition, technical engineering, and integration across multiple select countries working in concert with the US FMS program. Participate in FMS CDS analysis, concept development, requirements, capability planning, interface controls, allocation of CDS requirements, trade studies, communications, data sharing, verification, sustainment engineering, testing, fielding and site assessments, analysis of MDS prime contractor documentation, lab experimentation, information assurance, and certifications.
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but not limited to:
Provides recommended direction for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) country acquisition plans based on requirements provided by the country and their available financial assets- Maintains official program correspondence between Country Desk Officers, Country Officials, and Program Executives interested in the FMS Cross Domain Solution (CDS) fielded product
- Provide problem resolution files for awarded cases, prepare program status briefings, develop visit requests, reviews minutes, and action items, determines the accuracy of information/situation depicted and reports inconsistencies
- Coordinates with the Implementing Agency POC on a variety of case development and execution matters
- Manages integration of activities across program stake holders and serves as technical authority for total package fielding of equipment, training, and other services
- Supports development of acquisition documentation
- Initiates requests to field activities and installations for information on which to base responses to FMS customer inquiries
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen
Clearance
: Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret Clearance
Education: MS or MA
Experience: 12+ years of experience
OR BS/BA Degree with 20+ years of relevant experience in lieu of Master's Degree
- Working knowledge of Cross Domain Solution (CDS) components and procedures
- Working knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development and procedures
- Working knowledge of networking and communications systems across US Military Program of Records Working knowledge of interoperability between common sensor information and data exchange requirements such as Link-16, USMTF, and ASTRIX

Position is hybrid - remote in the Huntsville area - with some work able to be done from home.
