Opportunity located in Bokeelia, FL - Temporary Housing Available

Tarpon Lounge is seeking a HANDS-ON Manager with High Volume Bartending, Serving Experience.

Duties Include - but, are not limited to:

Assist in supervising daily shift operation.

Monitor employees to ensure expectational service is met.

Handles employees questions and concern,

Knowing Tarpon Lodge guideline, service, menus, preparing drinks, handling cash, credit card, cash register, greeting guests, and answering all the questions

Coordinating and optimizing front and back of the house operations.

Controlling bar costs and promoting efficiency.

General administration.

Taking reservations.

Troubleshooting.

Strong attention to details and be able to effectively take direction from an immediate supervisor.

Leadership skills, and knowledge.

Hardworking, company person.

We are a fine dining restaurant, prior experience preferred.

You must have Restaurant Experience.

If you do not have restaurant management experience -- please DO NOT apply.

Our ideal candidate must be adaptable, able to handle difficult situations, highly
organized, able to delegate tasks, be computer literate, able to take constructive
criticism, work varied hours, be able to stand for long periods of time, detail oriented
and able to make logical decisions!

Being a Resort, open 7 days a week and 365 day a year, this position requires you to
work
WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS.

We are a Drug Free Workplace and may conduct random drug tests.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
