DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:

If you want to work for a world class company in the Airline industry we'd love to have you work for us!* This position is in our Cold Food Kitchen, and you will be responsible for plating and packing our food so that it looks beautiful and makes our Airline customers happy! • Assembling and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with specifications and USDA/FDA/HACCP standards
• Washes, cleans, cuts raw food products in according with established Co. and Customer procedures
• Maintains proper temps of all food productions
• Ensures all food products are properly labeled, dated, and rotated (FIFO)
• Other duties as required

JOBS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, speak English and poses basic math skills
• Must apply effective Food Hygiene practices
• Must apply safety and sanitation standards
• Must have ability to apply safety and sanitation standards, work around moving parts & wet floors
• Ability to walk, stoop, bend, bend, reach , and stand for 8 hours a day as required
• Ability to use knives, cutting board, mobile shelving, carts, meat slicer, and related industrial kitchen equipment
• Ability to use fingers and hands to handle equipment
• Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment
• Ability to work in cold environment w/ constant 38-40 degree temperature for up to 8 hours or more with appropriate insulated clothing
• Ability to push/pull 70 lbs. daily as required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. as required
• Excellent attendance/Punctuality record
• Safe work record
• Must have strong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal , organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent changes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
