Main Responsibilities

• A successful applicant will be able to work in a refrigerated environment for long periods of time. You will oversee the cold food production team responsible for plating cuisines according to the food presentation guidelines for our airline customers.
• Your team is expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards, and have a commitment to exceptional service.
• You will manage the team through structured communications, compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes and continuous improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• BS in related field preferred.
• Experience in food processing, grocery store produce, delicatessen, or similar industries
• Industry experience with a solid understanding of food safety, regulatory compliance, and GMP
• Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with payroll and scheduling software

Schedules:

• Two days off back-to-back
• Open Availability Required. Including Weekends & Holidays
