The Village at Morrisons Cove, a skilled nursing facility and retirement community located in Martinsburg, PA, is currently seeking to hire a food production supervisor for the dietary department.
This is a dynamic role that will include, but is not limited to: assisting the Director and Assistant Director with food ordering, inventory, scheduling and supervision of kitchen staff. This individual will also perform tasks within the department as needed, such as: food preparation, cooking, cleaning and orientation of new staff. On occasion, this position will lend assistance to our Executive Chef and Supervisor of our on-site restaurant The Bistro for special events.
The Food Production Supervisor is full time, every other weekend and every other holiday typically 10am-6pm. Previous food service and supervision experience is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
