SUMMARY
Promotes the sales of beverages, and food products sold in the Restaurant by performing the following duties:

  • General customer service
  • Selling and serving of beverages and food
  • Bussing and cleaning of tables
  • Answering telephones
  • Assistance with to-go purchases
  • Provides description of menu items, daily specials, bar items, wine.
  • Assists in inventory and order processing of inventory to replenish stock
  • Assists in filling in stock and depletions
  • Maintains and keeps restaurant areas clean and tidy according to established standards
  • Responsible for processing transactions on register
  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date with ABC regulations and adhering to established policies and procedures regarding the handling and service of alcoholic beverages
  • Adheres to all opening, closing, stocking and side work checklist and finishes them in a timely manner as to not hinder the service of the guests.
  • Maintaining all necessary and/or required certifications and trainings, including ABC, ServeSafe and any other as required by HVLA.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/GED, Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training
