JOB DE Qualifications: • Prepare and present food items at assigned station on time. • Ensure that the station is properly merchandised utilizing items that are contained in the recipe only. • Answer all questions from students, family, faculty and staff or redirect to the management team. • Diligently maintain the cleanliness and overall all appearance of the station, including the sneeze guards and the floor area in front of the station. • Ensure that hot food is being served at proper temperature, and that cold food is being served to proper chilled temperature. All temperatures (including opening, holding, and closing temperature) are to be recorded in the station’s temperature log. • Ensure the labeling, dating, and proper storage of any left-over food items. • Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing non-slip shoes, cut gloves, and the proper usage and changing of disposable kitchen gloves. • Ensures all proper sanitation methods are followed. • Wears proper uniform at all times, including hat, apron, and name tag. • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in proper repair. If not, notify management • Complete all production records. • Ensures station is properly cleaned and or broken down per station checklists before leaving for the day • Communicates to a member of management before taking breaks, or leaving for the day • Assists other cooks, to be sure that stations are opened and merchandized properly and in a timely manner. • Take direction from Food Service Director and all other members of management team. • May be assigned other tasks as neede SCRIPTION

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.64 - $18.70 per hour
