The role: Food Truck Crew Member
When you join the Truck team, you become a member of the OG lloyd crew. You drive Buffalo's first Food Truck with pride and provide a five-star experience to every guest.
- Ability, or desire to learn, to drive the Food Truck to and from designated stops for service
- Set up the truck for a successful service - stock items, replenish low items, and follow loading/unloading checklists.
- Monitor equipment, food quality/consistency, and food safety based on the lloyd standard operating procedures.
- Communicate with your crew and Manager on a regular basis.
- Ensure every guest receives a five-star experience.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Punctuality, ability to multitask and a positive attitude are preferred
- Prior food service or offsite catering experience preferred, but not required!
