Job description

We are seeking HVAC DUCT INSTALLERS for the FORD Battery Plant Project in Glendale, KY. All HVAC DUCT INSTALLER will have experience and knowledge in using trade-specific tools and equipment for installing new metal forms and duct systems. In addition, HVAC DUCT INSTALLER must be dependable, possess reliable transportation, and be able to pass a drug screen. Starting pay will be $21.00 - 35.27 plus benefits based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Install fabricated pieces of ductwork in the field
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Troubleshoot

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as an HVAC DUCT INSTALLER preferred. Other construction background considered.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment related to fabricating and installing metal (hand tools, power tools, duct jacks, rigging and hoisting equipment).
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must have reliable transportation
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
• MUST PASS PRE-HIRE DRUG SCREEN
• HVAC DUCT INSTALLER earns up to $35.27/hr (based on verifiable experience) AND receive full paid benefits.
