Join our team and have an AMAZING AVENTURE!!! If you have your own RV and enjoy the great outdoors then we have the job for you. We are looking for a Forest Manager to join our team and the position will work in Central CA.
The forest manager will oversee the operations at our campgrounds, ensuring all visitors receive an extraordinary and memorable experience as well as ensure the operation is managed according to our company and client policies/expectations. The ideal candidate will have management experience, excellent leadership skills and a strong ability to set priorities for multiple tasks. This position requires living on site and traveling between locations. RV Site with FHU provided. This is a year-round salary position.
Requirements:
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years Management experience;
- Possess strong leadership skills that motivate a team of employees to provide extraordinary hospitality and have fun in the process;
- Train all staff on the Company's policies and procedures, and hold them accountable for meeting/exceeding expectations;
- Possess professional communication skills that build strong performing teams;
- Handle various duties that involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, with assistance. The majority of time will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment.
