Job description
Essential Functions:
- Maintain a high level of excellence in the overall appearance of all facilities.
- Show pride in your job, company, and brand in all of your work.

- Make regular visits to assigned locations to perform general landscape maintenance of the grounds and exterior of the building.
- Perform cleaning duties after completing work on equipment, building and grounds:
- Position requires work on ladders and working with powered and non-powered hand
- Will be required to perform duties of soft serve tech in off season and assist with special projects as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Follow all D.O.T regulations as required. (pulling trailers and maintaining vehicles to be safe and dependable)
- Follow all OSHA rules and regulations to provide and work in a safe environment. (Use hard hats, safety glasses and other required safety equipment)
- Other duties as assigned. (do whatever is needed to make the customer experience better or
Qualifications:
- Previous general landscaping experience preferred.
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of restaurants and other structures. (Power tools, hand tools, electrical meters)
- A positive attitude with effective leadership qualities.
