Cartus is a leader in the global relocation industry. We primarily work with Fortune 500 businesses, and we understand the importance of making every assignment a success. One of the services that we offer is language lessons to the individuals and families who relocate.

We currently have a need for freelance English as a Second/New Language teachers for in-person lessons with children ages 5 and 6, based at their homes in Midland, TX.

The approximate location for the two students is near Barbara B. Yarborough Elementary School. (Note: the students do not necessarily attend this school, this is merely intended for a geographical reference)

Desired Candidate Background:

• Minimum 2 years of experience of ESL teaching
• Ability to work with children (Ability to teach adults is also desirable)
• Cultural awareness of challenges new expatriates to Texas may be facing
• Comfort with and willingness to learn new technological platforms
• Schedule flexibility and access to your own vehicle
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check

We offer a competitive hourly rate, and a materials budget to cover the cost of training materials and aids.

If you are hired, there is the possibility of taking on additional current and future students, both online and in-person.
