Responsibilities - * Manage the clearing for Renewable’s carrier. * LSP invoices that fall into exception at any 3rd party freight payment center applicable with US operations. * Audit, approve, short pay, or reject freight invoices in the name of the Company utilizing contract rates, terms & conditions, and logistics databases, or any other information required. * Support manual cost coding. * Identify and RCA invoice exception queues and work with appropriate personnel to reduce them. (e.g. lanes to be added to location table for non-OTM shipments, missing contract rates at 3rd party freight payment provider, etc.) Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year experience Logistics. * Exposure for OTM (Oracle Transport Tool) is a must. * Strategic thinking and influencing on logistics operations * Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent operational experience.
