Pizza & Gamez Entertainment (PGE) is a Family Entertainment Center seeking a Greeter to join the team at the Roswell location

Pizza & Gamez Entertainment, PGE is a family entertainment center attached to the A5 Sportsplex on Alpharetta Highway, PGE is a new division of Andretti Indoor Karting & Games.

This beautiful new venue features cutting edge virtual reality experiences, arcade fun, an immersive midway with opportunities to win amazing swag, all while offering awesome food and beverage options from pizza & snacks to fresh wraps & smoothies, and for the adults a full-service bar overlooks it all. It's a great place for an afternoon family outing or a private party.

We start our non-tipped entry level positions at $15 per hour!

POSITION SUMMARY

A Pizza & Gamez Entertainment Front Counter team member is responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Pizza & Gamez Entertainment’s high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Answer guest questions about the facility and any promotions, packages, or activities.

• Provide guest instructions on starting their PGE experience with attractions, arcade, and dining.

• Assist with guest recovery and notify managers to ensure positive guest experiences.

• Ensure guest leave the facility with a heartfelt thank you and good-bye.

• Observe, instruct, and monitor guest for safety and guideline adherence.

• Maintain a clean work area.

• Constant working knowledge of PGE brand, product and policies and procedures.
• Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.

• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Operate scanners, registers, and all POS systems.
• Count money in cash drawer at the beginning of the shift to ensure accurate pars.
• Perform basic math functions to collect and process payments for all activities purchased.
• Receive payments by cash, credit card or vouchers and issue receipt, credits and/or change to guest.
• Take coupons and passes, scan or input them correctly in the Point-of-Sale system.
• Schedule activity times according to PGE Standards.
• Observe, instruct, and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Work as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
• Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Pizza & Gamez policies and procedures.
• Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
• Follow proper uniform guidelines according to Pizza & Gamez Entertainment
• Display excellent communication skills both verbal and nonverbal.

Skills & Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday.
• Work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
