We are currently seeking Front Desk Agents to join our team at the Baymont Inn and Suites located in Daytona, FL. Starting wage for this position is $13 per hour based on experience. Job Description
Our Front Desk Agents greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome; provide accurate information about local attractions and directions to venues; complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system; verifying and processing credit card payment information; answering telephones; field guest complaints; adhere to all company policies and procedures. Nights, weekends, and holidays required. Have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.
