Giri Hotels is now hiring for Front Desk Part-Time. Must be detail oriented, professional core values, positive attitude and able to work on own and in a team, with friendly and effective communication skills

The salary ranges from at $15.00/hr. - $16.50/hr. based on experience

Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations

• Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities

• Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies

• Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner

• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests

• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs

• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order

• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel: 2 years (Preferred)
