The Guest Services Representative is the first face a guest sees as they walk in our door. The most important skills for a Guest Services Representative to have are a friendly smile to give guests a warm greeting; and excellent Guest Service skills to deliver the highest level of Guest Service possible. Requirements

- Experience in Guest Services/Customer Service, with a strong knowledge of Service Recovery

- Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation

- Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills

- Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issue in a timely manner

- Able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload

- A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently within our standards

- Ability to work effectively in an innovative, fast-paced and multi-tasked environment

- Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet

- Always greet guests with a smile in a friendly professional manner

- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests

- Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily

- Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner

- Make reservations over the phone and in person

- Run daily reports to check reservations for accuracy and identify any special requests

- Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift and ensuring you balance at the end of your shift

- Anticipate and address guest’s service needs

- Promote a safe working environment

- Ability to drive the Hotel Shuttle safely and lawfully

****MUST HAVE DRIVER'S LICENSE***

*Must be able to work weekends,and Holidays Shifts from 7a-3p and 3p-11p.

Hours Vary- Based on availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
