Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah Airport is looking for a Front Desk Agent. Position requires someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform duties with accuracy in a fast paced environment. Must be reliable, able to problem solve, effectively communicate with guest, work with computers, use common office equipment, and work multi-line phone system.

Front Desk Duties include, but not limited to:

-Running End of Day reports and completing report sheets.

-Making reservations, while confirming guest information and stay details are entered accurately.

-Providing guest with an attentive, friendly, and professional experience throughout their stay.

-Assigning rooms for incoming guest to ensure guest request are met.

-Collecting and processing guest payments.

-Attentively listening to guest issues and concerns and resolving efficiently.

-Ensuring all areas of Front Desk are kept clean and organized.

-Providing excellent customer service to the standards set by Hilton.

-Working with all hotel staff to ensure guest experience exceeds their expectations.
