Our customer care team is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team of customer service specialists. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a customer service oriented environment and have experience working with clients and partners. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to multitask.A Front Desk Agent serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Able to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.

• Able to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing to meet business needs.

• Able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

• Able to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.

• Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.

• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

• 1 or 2 years of related working experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone and greet guests in person.
• Friendly, warm and welcoming personality is a must
• Reply to emails from guests.
• Answer questions about business hours, services, and room availability.
• Care for plants in lobby.
• Responsible for pantry items and inventory
• Arrange for housekeeping to clean rooms.
• Analayze data to determine when to order supplies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
