Front Desk Agent

The Tru by Hilton Comstock Park Grand Rapids is seeking highly enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents, for the new build, Tru by Hilton Comstock Park Grand Rapids. The hotel opened on March 3, 2021 and offers a fun and exciting opportunity to work with a service first company, with future growth opportunities. The Tru by Hilton Comstock Park Grand Rapids has 100 guestrooms. The Tru by Hilton’s mantra is to offer an experience unlike anything else; consistently delivering service in a surprisingly fun, and fresh way.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
• Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with constant guest interaction
• Must be able to multi-task
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Book reservations
• Process POS transactions
• Provide information and services to guests in a friendly professional manner
• Complete daily Checklists

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
