Hampton Inn Old Bridge is a brand new property. Urgent looking for someone who must have experience in OnQ system. Someone must have a sense with responsibility.

We are looking for a responsible, hard working full time flexible working hours (7a-3p, 3p - 11p or 11p to 7a) (weekend, holiday included) Hotel Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests and for this brand new property.

• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate

Skills

• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time or part time/night audit

Pay: Start from $15.00 and up per hour Depends on your proven performance.

perform revaluation every 6 months. Additional $100 bonus if can complete 3 months probation.
