The role you play is critical as our Front Desk Agents are one of the first and last faces our guests see when they stay at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. Greet our guests and welcome them to return for future stays, while providing them with prompt and courteous service. Assist guests over their phone with any questions they might have regarding their stay or the downtown Milwaukee area. Be the person to make our guests’ stay unforgettable.
1 year of Front Desk experience in a Hotel setting highly preferred
At least 1 year of Customer service required
Weekend availability required
