Job description
The Front Desk Associate is responsible for the oversight of all guest matters and concerns. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Check-in / Check-out
- Reports / Record keeping
- Greet / Escort guests
- Guest services / VIP services
- Cash handling
- Maintenance / Security
- Quality assurance
- Guest relations
- Communication
- Working with others
- Safety and security policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Brand Specific training (e.g., Tips, etc.)
- Ability to perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching and walking
- A team player, willing to take a proactive approach to the administration of day-to-day business.
- Exceptional customer service skills including quality standards for service.
- Strong, solid oral and written communication skills, including excellent telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer needs with a positive attitude.
