Position Description: HRtoGO is Sacramentos premier Human Resources Consulting firm providing outsourced Human Resources management to clients throughout California.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and team oriented Front Desk Coordinator with 2+ years customer service or office experience to join our rapidly growing company. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and will be based out of our Sacramento, CA office. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a sense of humor are required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Open up office on a daily basis following procedures, such as preparing kitchen, stocking printers with paper, checking voicemails & emails.
Closing office every evening at 5pm.
Receive and distribute mail to appropriate person.
Post outgoing mail throughout the day.
Receive incoming packages and delegate appropriately.
Send outgoing packages via USPS, Fed-Ex or UPS as necessary.
Keep lobby and conference rooms neat at all times.
Answer multi-line telephone system, take accurate messages and transfer telephone calls to the appropriate person
Monitor incoming faxes
Greet and screen incoming visitors in a professional manner
Order and maintain office supplies
Support other departments with projects
Assist HR with new hire orientations
Process VOEs, background checks and other verifications as needed from HR
Complete DE4s on the 1st and 16th of every month
Performs recruiting functions such as: posting jobs on internet sites, and screening resumes to determine best candidates for the clients positions.
Processes pre-employment drug testing for applicants.
Performs office operations and procedures such as typing, correspondence, filing, and other clerical services.
Maintains files, documents, and knowledge of operations, clients and employees in a neat and organized manner, maintaining the strictest confidence.
Supports a positive team working relationship with a professional work ethic and attitude.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and has strong computer skills in MS Office software.

COMPENSATION: $20-22/hour DOE, plus health insurance benefits, PTO, 401K match program.
