The Customer Relationship Specialist position that is responsible for greeting, assisting, developing relationships with our clients and following our Customer Journey Map. The Customer Relationship Specialist must be dependable, reliable, customer focused and professional. The Customer Relationship Specialist works under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Facilities. The Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for the day to day operations of the front desk to including completing daily checklist, client interaction in person and over the phone, preparing the food cart, answering phones, completing tours and other duties as assigned.

Front Desk Responsibilities

• 
  Great customer relationship/communication skills (face-to-face and over the phone)
• Multi-tasking (comfortable in a fast-paced environment)
• Sales experience (comfort and experience selling add-on services to existing customers)
• "Make someone's Day" attitude( you love customers and look for ways to deliver "WOW")
• Approachable, Friendly and Outgoing (You always have a smile on your face)
• Knowledge of Information Technology (ie; computer-software, Facebook, copy machine, other web based programs)
• Team oriented (experience working within a team concept - sports, school, work, volunteer, etc.)
• Passion for Dogs (comfortable and excited to be around dogs all day long)
• We operate 24/7 : 365 days per year. You must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Above ALL- Must have a passion for dogs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
