INDESE Academy & Therapy Center, a Private School also dedicated to behavior analysis is currently looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. We are in search of a qualified candidate to answer phone calls professionally, provide exceptional customer service, and represent the organization in a professional manner. This position requires a high level of initiative, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and problem-solving abilities.

In this position, compensation would be commensurate with experience; however, we are willing to pay top-market salary as we need experienced and prepared personnel. We expect to pay an hourly rate. We like to treat our team members like family, and we expect the same in return. We need someone professional that takes their job seriously, so we ask that only serious applicants apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls to the proper person.
  • Take accurate and complete messages for those employees who may be unavailable.
  • Prepare written communication including correspondence, memos, and minutes.
  • Produces reports in established formats and completes assignments as instructed.
  • Manage and track multiple tasks in detail.
  • Manage assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assure the office area, reception area, and entry area are kept clean and organized.
  • Assist other employees with minor clerical tasks.
  • Processes confidential and critical information on a routine basis with discretion.
  • Performs additional and related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Familiarity with standard office protocol.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
  • Must have consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Able to work Saturdays as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability and interest in engaging with diverse visitors
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • Miami, FL 33186: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
