POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide enthusiastic, courteous, and timely to all customers. Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquires, and sorting and distributing mail.

MBI provides professional mental health services to over 3,000 consumers in its mental health programs. It is our goal to embrace, advocate, and empower the minds and lives of men, women, and children. Our highly experienced healthcare professionals provide premium services throughout the DC Metropolitan Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consistently on time and dressed appropriately. Greet people entering the building cordially, making an effort to learn and use names. Refrain from using cell phones while working in all capacities, i.e. talking, texting, or surfing the internet. Respond immediately to the service needs in a friendly manner . Maintain current knowledge of all MBI Health Service, LLC information. Provide current and accurate knowledge of all MBI Health Services, LLC. Programs. Operated telephone switchboard using proper telephone etiquette at all times. Operate computer, typing various documents. Perform proper closing or opening procedures. Performs minor maintenance duties as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal.
  • Self-motivate, ability to work without direct supervision, must have pleasant disposition and high tolerance level for diverse personality skill in telephone and interpersonal communication etiquette. Skill in computer application.

EDUCATION:

  • Some college or higher 1-2 years' experience preferred
  • Certification in CPR and basic First Aid (required but can be obtained upon hire)
  • FBI background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.10 - $17.00 per hour
