NOW HIRING FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
FORT WORTH, TEXAS
Psychotherapy Services & Yokefellows (PSY) is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our outpatient mental health agency team. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and in collaboration with other front-office staff. The ideal addition to our administrative staff would be someone who can check-in and appropriately greet clients coming into our office for their scheduled appointments. The prospective employee will have to have good interpersonal skills in order to work with clients, families, and other professional staff members. Candidates will also need to be able to multitask and feel comfortable working with a variety of clientele, including those with a history of engaging in abusive or criminal behaviors. Additional duties would include: answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, collecting payments from clients, daily account balancing, billing, and be skilled in using Microsoft Office software. Bilingual English-Spanish applicants given special consideration, but not required. Work days are Monday through Friday. Work hours would include either 8a-5pm or 10:30am-7:30pm.
