Whitefish Marine & RV is seeking a full time front desk receptionist. We are in need of a responsible, enthusiastic applicant with excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.

Applicants must be able to :

• Greet walk in customers with a smile and assist as needed
• Answer boat rental, sales and service phone calls
• Transfer calls and taking thorough messages
• Handling new reservation requests for boat rentals
• Making changes to existing reservations via booking software
• Be the main point of contact for both clients and dock attendants for rental department when manager is unavailable
• Maintaining tidy work space

We are looking to fill this position immediately.

Minimal training required. Fun, fast paced work environment with work perks and growth opportunity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
